The room/price was ideal for an extended stay in Cusco. It is located near San Pedro Market, which I returned to often. And the walk to exchange money on Avenida El Sol and enjoy Plaza de Armas is only a few blocks away. Just past the Plaza de Armas is the lovely neighborhood of San Blas. The staff here was very helpful and kind, especially considering I do not speak Spanish. If it gets cold they have a heater for your room for a small nightly fee. Breakfast was simple and nurioushing. Bread, cheese, avocado, eggs and fruit, coffee and tea. You can definitely spend a lot of money on hotels and food in Cusco if you'd like, but this hotel was perfect for me. A solo, female traveler on a budget.

El desayuno es bastante austero pero cumple, para el día que lo quieras hacer de 7-9 am Es un hotel perfecto que por el precio cumple para lo que es.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and the the staff, and especially Janeth, were so helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend staying here!

I stayed here for 5 days. It’s a good budget hotel, room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location walking distance from San Pedro market and shopping area. The city centre is just about a 10 min walk which is pretty chill. All in all great place for a budget stay.

Desde el inicio la señorita de recepción me trató muy amablemente me ofrecieron te de muña, llevaron mi mochila a la habitación... el hotel es tranquilo ideal para descansar sin ruidos. mi estadía fue genial! Luigi y recepción fueron muy amables! 5 estrellas

Only one night had hot water to shower on my 3 nights stayed

It was fine, staff was nice the breakfast was surprisingly good as was the coffee. Showers weren't the best but the beds were good, the room was clean. Its dated but has lots of character. Very close to the hustle bustle of the city and only a few blocks from the center, all and all we were happy with our stay

O hotel fica numa rua extremamente movimentada, os quartos são pequenos e não tem uma ventilação.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Carmen, nos deu dicas e nos ensinou como se locomover em Cusco. Recomendo a todos.

Hotel bien pour le tarif. Bien placé dans le centre historique. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit ouvert qu a partir de 7h....alors que les visites des sites débutent en général a 6h30 avec les agences.

Hotel super bem localizado no centro de Cusco e próximo à Plaza de Armas; e a proprietária Carmen é muito atenciosa e gentil com os hóspedes. Fez tudo que podia para dar conforto para nossa família.

It’s a 2-star hotel so expect that. Very loud. Bring ear plugs. I have no idea what goes on at 4:30am. Wedging some cardboard in the door helps with the constant rattling. Staff are nice and helpful. Would be nice to have extra towels because floor is slippery and there’s no carpet. Convenient location. Lots of city hustle. Could do without the shower mildew.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, com fácil acesso à Praça das Armas, o que facilita bastante os deslocamentos. Porém, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar: os lençóis e fronhas estavam sujos (precisei usar uma camiseta para cobrir o travesseiro), a cama e os travesseiros eram muito duros e desconfortáveis, o banheiro tinha um cheiro bastante desagradável e apresentava paredes com mofo. Além disso, o chuveiro só oferecia água quente à noite — pela manhã, era apenas gelada. Se você busca conforto, não recomendo. Mas, se a ideia é apenas ter um local bem localizado para dormir e aproveitar Cusco durante o dia, pode ser uma opção pelo custo-benefício.
