Not friendly people

The place was crapy and unsafe. I asked for a reimbursement.

Standard for Timmins. Can’t complain.

I called and stated that I couldn't make it to the check in well before 1pm. I wanted to offer them the chance to rent the room to someone else since I had a sudden change of plans that impacted my arrival. I was told that because I went with Hotels.com that they couldn't refund me, although the worker stated he would speak to the owner to try and speak to Hotels.com to ensure it happened and that I would get a call back later. No call, and I was out the 82.xx. Not big money but I won't book through Hotels.com or Pine Ridge again after this.

A rustic feel. Clean, warm, and safe. I will return.

Room was nice and clean. The service was amazing and management looked after as well. Very courteous, slow snow, cleaned up room clean and I think we needed. We got right away. We had a great weekend. Nice and quiet and private

This property is very old and needs some investments to modernize.

It’s very clean and everything available inside room microwave fridge store, and kitchen sink. Also, if you wanna stay longer is very good and reliable.

The place was clean, the owner was friendly. There have a small shower, and since the highway was a bit close, you could hear cars passing by at night, but I just turned on the little air conditioning fan and everything was fine.

Convenient and affordable.

First, the office was dirty with string smell. Second, the room was filthy with bed bugs and sexual toy on floor. Obsviously the room had not been cleaned. Premises were left immediately, had to find another place to stay. Pine Ridge refused to reimburse despite efforts from hotel.com

Le Norwest n'a pas d'aération, pas de ventilateur de salle de bain, pas de chaises pour s'asseoir. Le personnel est affable.

The bathroom was so disgustingly dirty we went out and bought cleaning products to clean it. To show it is possible. The grime was streaking the walls as if it had been years since cleaning had been done. Make sure you have your shots if you stay here in suite #7.
