For the cost of this property it was amazing clean and nice renovated and a nice pub. For us it was 40 mins from the airport. It save us a lot of time and money from driving into the high priced hotels at the airport. Super cute little town as well.

Great spot to spend the last night in Ireland before you have to go to the Dublin airport. Small village, but this hotel is connected to a bar and restaurant. We had a midmorning flight and left here at 630am and we got to airport in about 35 minutes. The food in the restaurant was excellent ask for a room in the back because the front is on the street and you can hear traffic until about 11 PM.

We had a traumatic experience during our stay. There were drunk people making ruckus all night, knocking the door at 2 am and 3 am, making weird sounds and calling themselves room service. We were just there for a night and had to catch our flight next morning. I was with my family and was scared. we left early so that we can have some peaceful time at the airport. Please avoid this property as much as possible.

The room was very comfortable and right next door to a very fun bar/restaurant. The food was excellent! A great stay!

Clean room

Excellent location forNewgrange- clean and the welcome pack was appreciated. However, there was no cold water in the wash basin though the shower was fine. The Wi-Fi password did not work though we tried several times. Sadly, we arrived at 18.20 to discover the kitchen was closing that night at 18.40 which would have been a rush and allowed no time to relax after a long journey. We were told of another restaurant a few miles away but that had closed when we got there. We ended up in Duleek having the worst chip supper we have ever experienced. Such a shame!

Brilliant sized room to stay as a family with children. The “double beds” were definitely small doubles though, so we were quite “cosy”. Room was clean, had trouble working the windows, just a bit of tlc and grease needed I think, also the toilet refilling for all of eternity was very annoying when trying to sleep even though the door was shut hopefully this can be fixed asap. As I said great sized room, and clean. A lot of noise late a night and swearing from people leaving the pub below, was frustrating when trying to sleep, also people going back to their rooms next door, slamming doors and talking so loudly, that’s not really the hotels fault just inconsiderate people which we didn’t expect on a Wednesday night. Car park onsite made easy parking, and access to the hotel without going through the pub. Overall happy with our stay, we did a road trip with our children for 4 nights at 4 hotels, this was the most expensive stay and the noisiest unfortunately but as I say, that’s down to inconsiderate people but just to be aware. Would use again but would ask to be at the back of the hotel. Also great WiFi. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Good location but no “convenience shop” until you hit Drogheda town so get everything you require on the way :-)

This was a very good accommodation option due to its value and proximity to Newgrange. The rooms were a comfortable size with comfortable beds.

Loved the bar very cute and room was cute but it was way too hot in the room and there was no cold water from the tap to fill our water it went straight to hot! Would come back again though but hope for a less hot room lol

Clean room, dinner was delicious serving dinner till around 7:30 pm , parking was easy. Staff was helpful

Shower was extremely slow to drain and water was luke warm Room had no ventilation and got extremely stuffy .

The pub is nice. Not far from the airport

Amazing little gem hidden away in the country side.

Was a great wee stay ...4 miles from drogheda...room lovely clean ..beds real comfy ...staff was happy to help check out 12 on sunday which is a bonus ...ate in the bar and it was really tasty and fresh ...cheaper than most places.

No hot water in shower and sink.
