Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est agréable, souriant, aimable. La chambre est propre, rien à redire sur la propreté. Le seul souci que nous avons rencontré est le parking (premier arrivé, premier servi) : il faut ajouter un supplément pour réserver sa place de parking. Cela pourrait être embêtant pour les personnes qui ne souhaitent pas que leur voiture dorme dehors, surtout que les places extérieures se font rares.

Me and my girlfriend visited during Ramadan, in hindsight a questionable choice since we are not Muslim. However we recieved an warm welcome nonetheless. We were treated amazingly the whole 5-day stay, got awesome recommendations for day trips. And had a sweet dining experience with the personel. Absolute 10/10 will be back!!!

The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. Very close to Arribat Center in the upscale Rabat neighborhood of Agdal. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back soon.

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately marred by several significant issues that severely impacted my overall experience. The lack of internet connection was a major inconvenience, making it difficult to stay connected for work and personal communication. Furthermore, the leaky shower was not only wasteful but also created a damp and unpleasant environment. Finally, the old and worn towels felt far from luxurious and detracted from the feeling of cleanliness. It's clear that the owner needs to invest in some necessary upgrades to address these problems and ensure guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Updating the wifi infrastructure, repairing the plumbing, and replacing the linens would be a worthwhile investment that would significantly improve the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction.

The staff is very friendly and the sky cafe at the top floor has great food and also a friendly staff. There is parking in the hotel and that was very convenient. The main concern was the smell of the bathroom. I’m hoping that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice experience.
