Great service, clean rooms, excellent breakfast

Es de las mejores opciones para una escapada en medellin, ha sido mi elección 2 veces y estoy segura que en las futuras veces lo escogeré. Precio y ubicación es lo mejor! Las habitaciones muy modernas y relajantes. El unico encontra es el horario del desayuno deberian operar desde las 6:30am ya que al ser servicio a la carta se demoran mucho y rn mi caso que ya a las 7:40 tengo que salir no me da oportunidad desayunar aun llegando a las 6:50am….. por lo demas es espectacular

If the cost is your main deciding factor, this place is new enough and clean. If you can afford to pay few more dollars, you're sure to find way better. Clean new bed but hard bed. Queen not king. Room is Very small! Close to Laureles area. Walking distance to many restaurants and street food available, bus stations too.

Great breakfast menu! Great room, clean, staff was super friendly, there’s a mall just beside the hotel for any needs with a supermarket to fill your frigobar

Excelente Hotel el personal muy atento y los desayunos exquisitos. La habitación está perfecta para 2 personas, silencio en las noches, lo recomiendo al 100 y muy céntrico.

The television has an acceptable size, but the Wi-Fi doesn't work to the fullest

I was there for 4 days, and everything was excellent, clean room, good breakfast, air conditioning and very very nice staff. We were there from April 26th to April 30 in room 601 ,401,706 and 703.all excellent

El hotel está bonito, el personal amable, pero las televisiones no se veían, solo Youtube, no hubo agua caliente, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y fue un poco molesto, el desayuno bien pero poco, la ubicación del hotel es buena

Great staff clean rooms and the breakfast was amazing

They over charge double the price for guest to visit, even if you get a room for 2 or they aren’t staying. You shouldn’t have to pay extra for any guest, just check them in. One of the staff members also wasn’t being professional by not keeping customer info private.

The place is not bad at all for the price we only stay there a few nights , I think they need to work on their breakfast menu asap , we didn't expect that much because of the price we paid but I prefer to pay a little more to get something better than that.
