1.Washing machine is out of work on spin function. Our clothes cleaning process not completed totally all clothes are wet still. 2.all Bath supplies are shortage, not be prepared well in advance. 3. Water cup not clean. It’s so bad on the 2nd day stay

The apartment room type was good on the first night, and the laundry equipment worked normally. On the second night, I moved to superior apartment. The dehydration function of the laundry equipment failed, the bath supplies were used up and were not replenished, and the glasses cup of kitchen was not clean. Overall, there is room for improvement, even though it is a new building. It’s so bad on the second night stay.

The unit was spotless, new and well-furnished. Everything was good except that there’s no blinds for the window above the back door. Since it’s next to our bed, the room wasn’t completely dark when we slept.

Not sure how this hotel doesn’t have more stars but it far exceeded our expectations for the price. Everything has been updated and great quality finishes. It’s right downtown close to everything but very quiet. And the hot tubs have amazing views but also covered to protect from rain and snow. Will definitely stay here again when back in Revy.

Dry clean and comfortable 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, dinning table and sitting room. Well situated in the heart of Revelstoke for easy access to cafe, brewery and restaurants.

Beautiful 3 bdrm 2 1/2 bathroom place. Unfortunately the microwave was not working but everything else was great. The shampoo, conditioner, soap was so nice....this is the first and only time I made a comment about soaps!

I’ve never seen such delicately decorated and thoughtfully designed suites for rent. Great time

Our stay was excellent but the turn off was no TV, streaming was very terrible. We couldn't watch any TV.

I ready wanted to like this hotel but there were several issues. Check in was easy and room looked great upon arrival but then little things started to pop up. No usb plugs do make sure you bring your adapters and charging cubes. No place to hand clothes or put away clothes. No closet or drawers. We had first floor room so it was kinda weird that door was right on street. Bar across the street kept us awake till late in the night. There were lights outside room and it was never dark enough to sleep well. Little thing but the tv would not connect to WiFi so after a long drive we just wanted to settle in and watch a movie or something but couldn’t. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing. Didn’t like we could hear people using the bathroom in room next to us. Thin walls. Don’t get the thrill of Revelstoke either. Next time would skip this town.

Very pleased

The micro suite is only street level, right beside the sidewalk. They don’t mention that in the booking pages. After multiple phone calls, we were given a suite on the second level which was very spacious. Considering how new it was the walls and even doors had lots of damage. The window openers were also broken. But it was spacious and a fully functional kitchen.

Stayed at this resort prior and had a better layout with the rooms. This unit bedroom configurations were tight. Also took very long to get hot water. Unit was exceptionally clean.

Good place

Easy check in and checkout. Clean rooms, central location. Perfect for our stop in Revelstoke

Hot tub was closed for maintenance. Room S109 needs some maintenance, burned out lightbulb on vanity in bathroom. Thermostat was very temperamental as it would not heat properly. When heat turned on, furnace continually ticked, looked at the filter and it was completely covered in dust and dirt, needs to be changed. Bathroom door needs a little WD40 as it is so loud and creaky when opening or closing. Toilet needs new internal guys as it ran water the entire 2 days of our stay. I did take pictures as well as small vids to show the up keep that is needed for everything stated. Checkin was super handy and easy. Parking was great.

We stayed in a one bedroom king suite. It was very spacious, comfortable and had a very well stocked kitchen.The whole room was super functional. Great tv, big bath tub and excellent bed and bedding. Close to restaurants and charming town. Parking was covered and convenient. This is an excellent choice for visitors who appreciate cooking their own meals while touring.

I stayed one night with family. Very satisfied.
