Nice area right at the main street, convenient for shopping and go anywhere. 5 mins walk to the main station. Good breakfast. Highly recommend to others and will go again.

在汉堡市区离中央车站很近，离商圈步行也不远。酒店的泳池和SPA设施齐全。客房面积也很大，还有一个吧台和厨具。工作人员的态度也都非常热情，还有代客泊车。唯一不足的就是更衣室离SPA及泳池区域的步行距离有点远

walking distance from Hamburg Hbf, you can sit while you are taking a shower, little space for you after you enter the room, good for putting door key, room has multi electric plug, good for people come from all over the world, Great!

酒店位置十分方便無論購買或出行就在地鐵站附近。早餐十分丰富並且十分美味可口！

飯店位置非常的棒，離中央火車站走路約5分鐘。主要購物街道、交通出入口、巴士站牌就在飯店周圍，步行或移動都非常方便。飯店本身雖有點年齡，但房間 乾淨明亮 非常舒適，該有的設備都有更新，使用上的設計也很貼心。浴室很寬敞舒服，歐舒丹沐用品是50ml的很大方。櫃台人員服務親切，入住和退房都很快速。

In the city centre and walking distance to main street and a lot of quality shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Betten sind ausserordentlich bequem und die Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Benutzung des Fitness Centers sowie des Spa-Bereichs. Als äusserst angenehm habe ich das Frühstück empfunden. Ein rundum sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und meine Hochachtung an die Mitarbeiter.

Every one was helpful. Great hotel

This is a truly spectacular hotel, from both an architectural and design perspective. Iconic and typical of Hamburg's art deco heritage. The pool and spa were fabulous: beautiful, luxurious and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and very helpful (in particular at the conciergery where a lovely young woman managed to procure me a taxi in very tight circumstances entirely of my own making). All round a slick operation - would love to visit again.

A special thank-you to Patrick from the Concierge team, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The hotel also has an amazing gym and a very convenient location, close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, shops, and the beautiful Alster Lake. I had a wonderful experience and will certainly return!

Very very very very good service

Sehr neu & dementsprechend sauber. Dass dennoch Teppich im Zimmer ist, ist leider unhygienisch und wirkt nicht zeitgemäß. Der Zugang von 2 Straßen ist etwas verwirrend. Nicht nur für Gäste, auch für vom Hotel gerufene Taxen. Service kommt etwas drauf an, bei den wirklich guten Leuten ist das allerdings ein Niveau, das man heute selbst im 5 Sterne-Bereich nicht mehr oft antrifft.

Virkelig flot genåbning af det gamle Park Hyatt i nye klæder, og sødt personale. Desværre ingen fungerende aircon midt i den varme sommer, og en del ting spiller ikke særligt godt: feks sofaer på værelserne er pæne på billeder, men ikke til at sidde i. Kunsten på væggene lader til at være AI-genereret. Mönckebergstrasse og store dele af Hamborg er under forandring med massiv indvandring og hjemløse, så den eksklusive stemning er for længst væk.

After traveling by planes and trains, Levante Spa at the Conrad Hotel Hamburg was a welcome respite. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Reena, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I get a lot of massages, and this one truly stood out — she was super friendly, clearly a pro, and worked with real care to make sure she hit all the spots I'd mentioned needed extra attention. Afterward, I got to unwind even further in the lovely sauna, steam rooms, and pool, which made for a truly great day of relaxation from start to finish. The hotel itself was lovely and special from start to finish. Our room was spacious, perfect, and spotlessly clean, with a balcony to enjoy. The staff were wonderful, and the food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay. The location couldn't be better either — perfectly central and an easy walk to Hamburg's main train station, plus nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the Conrad Hamburg for anyone looking for a truly special stay.

Hotellet er skønt og ligger fantastisk. Høje standarder og med sans for detaljerne. Det høje niveau skal ikke nedgøres af de sidste bemærkninger jeg kommer med fordi når man satser højt…. så giv det lige det sidste som f.eks at håndklæder hænger fuldstændig symmetrisk og at affald fra gæster (middag leveret udenom hotellet) fjernes på gangene samt at en liste der slået itu skiftes. Det ændrer ikke ved 5/5 og måske er det bare min sans for detaljen der skal tilpasses men jeg var nok som hotelchef gået hele vejen ud. Time Will Tell og jeg kommer gerne igen på Conrad.
