Das Bett wirkte schmuddelig und verschmutzt, die Vorhänge waren nicht sauber und teilweise sogar zerrissen. Auch das Badezimmer machte einen ungepflegten und unsauberen Eindruck. Insgesamt hinterließ die Hygiene im gesamten Zimmer einen sehr bedenklichen Eindruck. So sollte ein Hotelzimmer keinesfalls an Gäste übergeben werden.“

I am a Turkish citizen, we came to Vienna. At the hotel, there is no front desk or reception; there is a smart screen at the entrance. We enter the reservation number and ID, and the room card is issued automatically. It was the first time I had seen this— the technology was really impressive. The room was very neat and very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.

Es gibt keinen Kontakt mit Personal. Das Hotel ist kn direkter Nähe zur Autobahn - due man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gut hören kann.

Everything was good. I know the hotel -as a location since 2009, and now it is a change for the better. Unfortunately I should mention one minus: the refrigerator, it is necessary especially in the summer, or if you stay for a few days. See you again!

My reservation was not registered. So I could not check-in. I tried phone call. but not connected. Finally, sending e-mail, hotel sent reservation number. I lost much time. They did not apologize me at all.

Nice and comfortable you get what you pay for. Bathroom and carpet not cleaned properly and hair in the cupboards.
