Everything was fantastic!!!!! I highly recommend it..

The best thing about this place is the staff. They are absolutely wonderful, caring and friendly. We stayed 2 nights, the location is amazing, the building care and cleanliness top notch. If you are staying in Vancouver this place is a must!

Staff was amazing super kind and room was extremely clean

The hotel over all was great - bed was comfortable, easy access, great location, clean, friendly staff. Our main issue is a noise complaint. We paid extra for the spacious garden suite, room 103A, but unfortunately the room is not soundproofed at all, and it’s inconveniently located right behind the reception wall. From the bed we were able to hear all conversations between staff and guests alike from 6am to 11pm. Every time any of the many doors would open or close, it would echo in the suite since the room door has a 3cm gap at the base. It seems they attempted to resolve the issue by providing a white noise machine on the bedside table. Also, neither of the two TV’s were connected to the internet, rendering them useless. I’d bet that the other rooms don’t have this particular noise issue, but beware the garden suite.

Great location, cute and practical 2 bedroom suite with a well appointed kitchen. Would be great for a long stay except that the doors between the two rooms were so squeaky, we got a door stop sent up to prop the heavy doors open. We needed to sleep with the both bedroom doors closed due to a snoring partner - the reason for choosing the 2 bedroom suite. Unfortunately, the opening and closing of the squeaking doors for middle of the night bathroom trips (were old, can’t help it) kept us both awake. I know I know, 1st world problems! 30 seconds with a can of WD40 would have turned a 4 star review with a bad sleep into a perfect 5 star review with a great night’s sleep.

This was a great place to stay. Newly renovated room, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice parkade and very secure. Hotel was walking distance to all amenities and the beach. Would stay there again.

The hotel was nice. It’s new. Rooms are pretty small for 3 people but adequate. However housekeeping left our door open while we were gone. When we returned, we were shocked to find it open and management was totally blasé about it. They apologized but didn’t offer an explanation or seem to think it was a big deal. I was pretty upset as I was traveling alone with kids and we had valuables in the room, etc.

The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. We also absolutely loved the hotel’s location — super convenient and one of the best parts of the stay. The only downside was the room temperature. I may not have figured out how the AC worked, but there didn’t seem to be a fan or air conditioning, so the room got pretty warm in the late afternoon and before bed. We ended up opening the windows for fresh air, which helped, but the outside noise from vehicles and the surrounding area made it a little difficult to fall asleep and caused us to wake up a few times during the night. Overall, it was a positive experience, but a cooler room and better noise control would have made it even better.

This is a beautiful location and new hotel. As this had been only open for 2 months I feel they have a few kinks to work out. I was staying in the beautiful front garden suite. Unfortunately the sound proofing to the main lobby it’s not sufficient also the gaps under the doors have such a massive sound transfer you can hear everything and all conversations going on in the lobby. I know it’s an old building but I would have thought this would have been considered in the renovation. I would love to stay again but because it feels like you loose a feeling of privacy being exposed the the rest of the patrons I will most likely not be planning a return stay unless they take this into consideration. It’s unfortunate because the room had a great atmosphere and beautiful touch’s with fresh flower and very clean space. I really wish they would have been more detailed in the Reno to provide sufficient sound proofing because I would stay here all the time. Also the staff were amazing. And location is perfect

The Como Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Vancouver. It is walkable to Stanley Park and great restaurants and neat market with fresh vegetables and fruit on the corner. The staff was very professional, kind, warm, and extremely helpful! The room was clean, fresh, and we were greeted by soft music. The bed was large and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Vancouver!

Check in was totally botched, parking was a hassle. Staff were accommodating but overall the experience was just OK . Location is awesome and rooms were nicely done.

Great staff and a very convenient location!

The staff is very attentive. Brendan was so friendly and had the best tips for the city. He went above and beyond helping run into the hotel to help me clean my shoe! The hotel has umbrellas for you in case it rains. I loved this touch, as well as the apples and water in the lobby. Como is in a perfect location close to Stanley Park and walkable to restaurants and food. I highly recommend it . Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome in Vancouver. very nice rooms with great lighting and a nice spa like feel with bathrobes. THe beds are very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and professional. Brendan (night manager?), found us in the garage, stopped what he was doing and helped us up with our baggage. After a five hours drive it was very much appreciated. The room was bigger than I thought it would be. It was clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well approximated, and had more than we needed in supplies. I loved the kettle! So much so I’ll probably buy the same one. Our room on the ground floor was a bit noisy, so bring earplugs but don’t let it put you off staying. Pillows are firm but great, the bed was super comfy. Parking was tight! Really tight! Do pre-book parking and remember it’s city parking spots, so they’re little. We shall definitely return.

Fantastic room. Kitchen equipped for cooking though we didn't really use it. Super cozy space, with helpful staff, and amazing location. Free ebike rentals were a great perk. Great price. Would absolutely stay again if we come back to Vancouver.

The location was great—set in one of the most beautiful areas of Vancouver, close to English Bay Beach and Stanley Park. The reception staff were very friendly, especially Kalen and Arabella (the sweetest lady with such a cute style). Since the hotel recently opened, it’s understandable that there are still a few details to work out. My check-in was about 30 minutes later than expected, and I experienced a small cleaning issue. However, the team did their best to fix everything and make sure I was satisfied. The room was on the smaller side, but very nicely decorated and equipped with the essentials, including a coffee maker and bottled water. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.
