Prithvi Resort refuse to provide us your booking accommodation as they don't acknowledge your booking. We had to make alternative arrangements. I certainly want explanation on this refusal and seriously considering to take this matter to consumer forum against you and Prithvi Resort for hardship faced by my family. Ashok Agnihotri
