No heat in the room. No hot water. When I arrived, the guy in the reception area told me they were over booked and told me he was putting me in the next door hostel. I told him, no!! I had paid for this hotel. Therefore, I am staying in this hotel. Horrible service . The white blankets looked dirty. Therefore, I sleep on top.

Located in the center of the old city with close proximity to restaurants and attractions. The hotel service is not so great, though.
