午餐晚餐都不能提供，只能点外卖，早餐只有经济酒店的水平。地点偏，风景还不错，不适合商务旅行。持中国护照入住一开始还被刁难，大堂经理还不错，但是那个前台一点歉意都没有。

大堂酒吧人員極度不專業，連基本的調酒都不會，也不懂什麼酒要配哪款酒杯，不知道擺這樣的員工來什麼，誇張的是有三位員工，沒有一位會調酒，只告訴客人他們是新來的。只會告訴客人能不能點啤酒和紅酒，爛透了

酒店位於南昌新區，雖然周邊整體有點荒蕪，但酒店斜對面有個大型商場能夠滿足基本購物及用餐需求，步行100公尺亦可到達地鐵口，因此整體來說還算方便。唯一的缺點是客房裡的酒杯有點髒，清洗不確實。

離地鐵站九龍湖南二號出口不到一分鐘、對面就有商場及便利店、飯店整齊乾淨、服務人員都很熱心親切

房間乾淨舒適，空間寬敞，迎賓小點令人驚豔， 窗外風景優美，一面看湖，一面眺mall 位置方便，逛街只要5分鐘，地鐵站只要1分鐘。 但離市區遠，是唯一缺點

整體環境都還滿不錯的，但提供的附加設施確不是免費，有待改進.

酒店各方面不错，对面就是万达茂，其中一点不足的就是没有地下停车位，下雨的时候去酒店很不方便。

Too far for airport

Great location by the lake though 20 mins by Metro from the city. Big mall nearby and amusement park. Good rooms, friendly staff - would definitely rebook

Garden is beautiful but there must be more effort made for the quality of the cuisine in the restaurant. Ingredients aren't fresh enought.

Outstanding staff! They went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant - from the moment we entered until the moment we left. Loved the service, loved the staff, loved the room, loved the food, highly recommended!

Hotel was clean and vibrant. Rooms were spacious and offered great views. It’s a little bit away from the city center but was ok for my needs.

The room, surround are clean and butiful, and the breakfast is great. Their service is especially good - they sent my forgotten items to my next stop with in 24 hours

Amazing staff and delicious food with all the luxuries you can expect from the Pullman brand. Across the street from the subway and Wanda mall. With staff that make you feel comfortable and welcome.

The hotel is new, but quite remote from the city. Getting a Taxi from Didi may sometimes difficult. Suggest the hotel arranging shuttle bus to city and airport.

Hotel is located in a new area, which has nothing around the hotel. You can only eat at the hotel. Don’t want to talk my dinner buffet, but the breakfast is horrIble. Hot food is cold, hot water for tea is cold! The service staff at restaurant doesn’t know what they are doing! Compare to other Pullman hotel, this is the hotel that I will not stay there again
