地點很好，房間環境也很舒適。客房服務溝通感覺有些問題，一次前一晚說不需換房間，隔天中午突然說要換，導致我留下來打包下午行程必須先取消。再隔一天確認要換房間，打包完才說不需要換，來來回回影響心情、浪費時間，影響到排好的行程。不推薦給商務或是行程比較滿的人。

This was my second staycation here, and it was perfect again. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. Check in was easy and all the staff so helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful, a little crowded on my first day, but there was a heatwave in Sydney that weekend. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself the next morning before breakfast. I had room service breakfast, and it was fantastic.

Wir hatten zu viert ein Verbundzimmer, jeweils mit kleiner Küche. Die Zimmer waren top und trotz der Tatsache, dass sich das Hotel in der Innenstadt/Fußgängerzone befindet, recht ruhig. Gewöhnungsbdürftig bleibt für mich, dass alles im Hotel dunkel gehalten wird, Muss man mögen. Frühstück kann man sich allerdings sparen, die Auswahl war überschaubar und qualitativ Mittelmaß. Alles in allem aber ein gutes Hotel, in das ich wieder gehen würde.

Läget är helt perfekt. Nära till allt. Personalen är serviceminded och trevliga. Rummen ganska små men har allt man behöver. Städningen har förbättringspotential. Totalt sett kan man väl rekommendera detta ställe.

Clean spacious room. Bathroom was also big with shower and toilet combined. The only problem was it partition with just shower curtain and the drainage was insufficient so water overflows. Hotel location is close to public transport and CBD area was within walking distance. Unlike normal hotel that served buffet A by Adina served an ala carte breakfast which I liked. The view from the restaurant both at night and day were amazing as well.

Since i lett my medication at home, Tiatana from the skylobby help me out how can i se a doktor and get prescriptions for my medications. 4 hours later my vacation was saved…👍😉 Thanks again Tiatana!!!👍❤️

The room was very noisy as being on a low level. We’ve stayed there before and it was much better, didn’t notice the construction. The room was also quite dirty - stains on the couch and other people hairs in the bed. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
