Went for a city overnight stay. Had a swim just after arrival the po area was clean and tidy.
Room was spacious and clean.
Stayed nice and dark in the morning for a sleep in.
Pillows a little soft for me

We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed.

I didn’t receive the bottle of wine, but the worst part was when I was going to go to bed the bed was full of stains. The reception just said sorry and send someone to change the sheets but it took them almost 1hs from the moment I call to the moment the bed sheets were changed.

We have stayed here several times. A really quiet properly. The issue i have this time is lack of communication on check out. We were asked if we want to validate our parking. I said i dont know we parked across the road in Wilson's parking. She just said ok. And that was it. The parking vakidated was $35 we paid $70 just because the person didnt say... hold on.. with validation it will make it cheap. I didnt know what she meant in the first place so would have been nice to be explained it will cost a lot more.. so i was upset for not having it explained. So.. take the validation on the parking.
