Unfortunately the noise from room 3 was only interrupted by a domestic dispute from an adjacent hotel room.
The manager did well trying to address what sounded like a substance issue, but my family were very intimidated from this incident.
The toilet in room 3 continued to run, otherwise everything else was ok. The main bed was not comfortable - it was not a good night's sleep overall.
Plenty of crockery was available in the room, including a microwave and toaster. Hot water was sufficient, and the (mini) fridge was very cold/effective.
Overall a negative experience but the staff tried their best.
