Very friendly and helpful staff member. The location is so central. Free tram in front of the hotel. Amazing. Love the nice pool and sauna also. Will stay here every time I come to Melbourne for sure.

I chose this hotel specifically because it was listed as a VIP Access property on Hotels.com, and as a Gold member, I was looking forward to the extra perks. However, my stay was far from what I expected. I didn't receive any of the promised benefits like the complimentary bottle of wine, late checkout, or room upgrade. To make matters worse, the hotel itself felt very basic. The corridors resembled a regular apartment building, and my room was extremely noisy. I could clearly hear staff moving around from as early as 7 or 8am, and the noise continued throughout my stay until I checked out. This significantly disrupted my sleep and overall experience.
