My stay at Dorsett Gold Coast was simply exceptional — the perfect blend of modern elegance and relaxed coastal luxury. From the moment I arrived, everything felt elevated. The room was beautifully designed, immaculate, and effortlessly stylish. Crisp linens, a super comfortable bed, and a fresh, sophisticated atmosphere made it the perfect sanctuary after a day in the sun. The ELEMIS toiletries were absolutely WOW — such a premium touch that instantly upgrades the entire experience. It’s those little luxury details that truly make a stay memorable. Staying on the 15th floor made it even more special — the views and overall ambiance felt exclusive and refined. A heartfelt thank you for the delicious Australian wine and raspberry chocolate — such a thoughtful and indulgent welcome gesture. It felt personal, elegant, and perfectly curated. The location is ideal — moments from the beach, restaurants, and vibrant energy of the Gold Coast, yet the hotel itself feels calm, polished, and beautifully composed. This is contemporary luxury done right. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, elevated stay in the Gold Coast.

Check in was terrible! Did not explain the procedure to press for a parking ticket and then take it down to them for an added cost of $20 rooms were nice air conditioning did not work but service guy was there in 5min to fix it. Could not get back to parking without our room key so we were lucky to run into security who helped us! All in all too difficult and very disappointing

The parking is a nightmare. We were given a piece of paper which explained how to get to the parking, and then into the hotel. Nightmare. We had to park on a different level after getting in late, walking around for 15 minutes trying to find a lift, and then relocating to another level. They really need to get their act together. Then when we checked out, we went to get to the parking again. We went next door to the lifts where we first came down from the carpark, they were the wrong lifts. Seriously. So confusing and not professional at all. We had stayed here once before, and enjoyed it. We will never stay here again.

A part from the payment I would love to come back again. Mum was happy but grumpy too because we both had no idea the Casino was on level 3. We went the for MLTR concert and was surprised that everything was in the same build so we don't have to get soak in the rain or rush to tthe concert.

The room was great and the staff i dealt with were helpful. It was a last minute decision to go which made it hard to find a room close to where i wanted to go but found one near pacific fair and the weekend overall turned out as i hoped. For those that want it the casino was right next door,pacific fair in walking distance and light rail close by. The convention centre also in walking distance and i suspect beaches were close by to.
