土曜日早朝についたのですが、すぐに部屋に入れてもらえました。掃除も行き届いていて、ベランダも過ごしやすく、快適でした。日本語のホテルスタッフもいて、楽に過ごせました。海のオプショナルツアーの出発場所にリーフフラートターミナルが近く、便利です。

We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

滞在期間中、食事、掃除、スタッフさん、全てにおいて、安心して快適に過ごすことが出来ました。１つ改善希望なところは、ドアプレートが紙で出来ているため、風で飛んでしまったようで、どなたかが親切で付けてくれたようですが、起こさないでくださいのほうになっていて、掃除がされていない日がありました。受付に電話したところ、すぐお掃除に入ってくれましました。

The hotel is very convenient to all of the shopping, restaurants, and Marina. It is very easy to get to every single thing that you need. There’s also a full-size grocery store with an easy walking distance.
The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and very helpful as well. The only item that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the hot tub. It definitely needs to be checked more often.

Spacious room with good bed. Bathroom was very dated, with damaged surfaces and a leaky shower. Pretty noisy on friday and saturday nights due to the casino crowds. Not quite what i expected from the Hilton brand.

バスタブ付きのエグゼクティブルームを2ルーム予約しました
どちらの部屋のバスタブも古く錆がでていて、ブラインドも衛生的には見えず
ジェットバスはスイッチが壊れていて調整不可
片方の部屋はチェックイン時点で湯船に水が溜まり風呂の栓が壊れていました
修理に来てもらって湯船としてはかろうじて使えるようになりましたが清掃されていたとは思えない
もう一部屋も夜になっていざシャワーを使おうとしたらシャワーヘッドが崩壊し、初日は使用できず…
スパ付きの料金を払う価値はありません
満室で空きが無いからと部屋を変えてもらうことも出来ず、差額を返金してほしいくらいです

I loved the view but prefer the Double tree Hilton up the road for the little touches. Not enough tea and coffee in the room and no facility to warm milk for coffee just little things but considering the expense … otherwise lovely clean comfortable rooms within walking distance to everything
