The room was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was exceptional! The breakfast staff were extremely sufficient, kind, and most acommodating. Hotel close to harbor and sufficient for walking to downtown establishments. Will stay here nexttime in Cairns. Thank you Hotel Hilton.

We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

We loved our stay at Hilton Cairns! Fabulous location, excellent staff & service, comfortable bed and linen. We spent hours on the balcony and by the pool. A pina colada and club sandwich by the pool puts you straight into holiday mode. We didn't have the breakfast, preferred the local cafes. We also took advantage of skipping a room service for a drink instead. Great idea!

It was a nice stay. We’d just come from Palm Cove, so it felt a little tired and busy in comparison. We liked the view of the river. We found the Esplanade very windy but maybe we were just unlucky? The staff were lovely and the Little Hilton stamp collecting was cute for our kid. But annoying having to pay additional charge for parking - not sure we would choose this place again based on that.

Exceeded our expectations by far. The club level room was so worth the extra cash…the view of the water and marina was spectacular. The room is a little dated as is the rest of the property but it is immaculately clean and the staff incredibly welcoming.
The breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone (the scrambled eggs weren’t good though).
Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay.
