The refurbish is great. Very modern style, looks light and clean. The reception "desk" looks great, the staff are no longer hiding from the guests. (the staff may have some concerns with their safety)
The room was also very well done, not cluttered so looked clean. I also liked the chairs.
We have stayed at this location many times, more enjoyable this time.
We did not have breakfast

Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent.
1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning.
2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect.

房间太完美了！虽然因为工作人员失误，我订到了高级房，但幸运的是，工作人员打电话帮我换到了我订的那个房间。工作人员非常友好，服务周到。
房间很干净，只有卫生间有点小。房间很宽敞。地理位置优越，位于市中心，靠近亚甘广场、火车总站和汽车站。

Someone checked in under my name... But finally, the front office managed to give me another room. Need to be careful on this. The front liner must check and recheck before guest check in (Check ID or Passport).

We only had one night in the hotel and it was the perfect location to head to the shopping areas and Christmas lights. The room was perfect for us, except the little table by the window was incredibly wobbly, and eventually the top just fell off! Other than that it was great.

Good location but hotel staff can be friendlier. Breakfast is limited and not varied. Close to city centre and supermarkets. Many. Pub around and patrons can be rowdy and intoxicated. Stay safe.
