Great air conditioning. No I’d asked for on check in. Not the room I booked. Staff sorted it out and stay was great.

Room clean Just had to ask that bin in washroom was emptied daily as was missed first day. This then occurred Reception staff were wonderful.

Clean room, excellent air conditioning, staff were super friendly, breakfast was delicious, walking distance to everything. Prime location for the TCMF.

Couldn’t fault the place , clean room and very welcoming front of staff . Thank you

Nice budget motel

Room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy as well. 24 hours reception is a rare find. Pool was great, specially having the flexibility to use anytime. The room fridge was small. One star less for the lack of microwave. I would stay again if the price is right.

It was great. Clean rooms, comfy bed. The shower head needed replacing as it sprayed everywhere.

Rooms were tidy and clean, spacious, parking available, staff friendly. overall very happy with our stay.

Door access card didn’t work and had to get it recoded, right on pool was noisy and room had hairs and grime through the sheets, curtains and walls covered in marks and clumps of god knows what. Shower hgeneralky dirty and stains on towels. Noise travels pretty easily through walls and woke up with rash all over. When contacting ibis afterwards to say what it was like and question whether they had ever had reports of bed bugs or the like they offered nothing to help other than “I’ll check and see if that particular rooms ever had bed bugs”. Would not stay again! Terrible. Plenty more options in Tamworth that you probably won’t be checking out of wondering if your taking bed bugs home to ruin all of your own furniture.
