Clean room. Good staff except the chap at the breakfast greet point who told me i was too late for breakfast at 9.38 when breakfast was supposed to end at 10.00.

The dining room was great with great food; I was very surprised by how good the food was. Breakfast was also great. The property is old but very central and just what I needed for 1 night.

comfy room, perfect sleep. only downside was water damage from shower to bottom of shower room door and mirror flaking at bottom,probably as extractor fan not working.

There were two flickering lights in the room when I arrived. The light switch, tv remote and base of the lamp were not clean.

Spacious, clean rooms with plenty of comfort. The attached restaurant was fantastic, offering lots of tasty options. Great location close to amenities—highly recommend!

*Disappointing Experience at Mercure* I recently booked a package tour through Expedia, including return flights from Brisbane. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this package as it didn't include breakfast, despite being similarly priced to regular bookings. We paid extra for breakfast, but were underwhelmed by the experience. The breakfast room was overcrowded, with limited options and unclean tables. It seemed like Mercure had compromised on breakfast quality for package deals. On the other hand, dinner at the in-house restaurant was reasonably good and affordably priced. The hotel room itself needed upgrading, particularly the electrical outlets, which were inadequate for charging phones or CPAP machines near the bedside. However, we liked the room layout and large windows offering a view of the surrounding trees. Additional parking costs $24 per night, although the hotel offers a deal for $15 daily. There are also off-road parking options and limited spaces near the front door. One highlight was walking to the war memorial at night, which was a pleasant experience. While the staff were friendly during check-in, they seemed overwhelmed in explaining essential information about room location, parking, and dining areas. The upgraded bathroom was a plus, but the electrical outlet was still inaccessible, and the sliding door was tricky to operate. The small closet space was a redeeming feature, perfect for storing luggage.

Not a bad stay; comfortable; no microwave though

Das Hotel ist unkompliziert zu finden und im Landhausstil gebaut. Leider sieht man dem Objekt deutlich seine Jahre an, jedoch wurde zumindest das Bad renoviert. Check in war unkompliziert. Das zugewiesene Zimmer verfügte im Erdgeschoss liegend über den wunderschönen Ausblick Wassertank. Eine absolute Frechheit so ein Zimmer überhaupt anzubieten. Sicher war es nicht ausgebucht und somit das letzte Zimmer in der Verfügbarkeit. Das angebotene Frühstück, gleichzeitig das Restaurant hat die beste Zeit hinter sich und wirkte schmuddelig, wenngleich das Personal nett war. Insgesamt dennoch eine herbe Enttäuschung.

Last time I was here the air con heater failed as did the improvised radiator however, this time everything worked perfectly.t

Very nice rooms

The hotel was tired and showed it. I had a courtyard view room - with two overwashed single blankets in cupboard if needed extra one with a piece cut out of bottom. Bottom sheet kept pulling out - not enough tuck in and only one bedside lamp rather than two. I expected better.
