Mercure Rockhampton

比较老的酒店，整体还可以，位置方便！晚上睡觉时不知那里来的噪音弄到睡不着！不会再来！

Everything is quite good here. Easy to eat nearby,closed to coles. The room is big and clean.

The room provided limited facilities .There was an open wardrobe with no door so the safe ,ironing board and broom were just inside the door and visible .The hand basin in room 206 was very badly cracked .There was only two glasses ,unmatched and very small .There were no other plates ,no wine glasses and no water bottles supplied .These were available it turns out provided one went to reception to collect .There were water bottles available ,but only to platinum and member guests .having booked through Expedia our membership was deemed void . There were no instructions available for the Airconditioner which on arrival was set to 15d and the only way to improve things was to turn it off .We have stayed in many ACCOR hotels but this was the worst by quite a margin

Clean room but it showing age in parts. Breakfast was very good and convenient

Close to river and restaurants. Fairly basic accommodation but ok.

There was mold on the roof of the room which has been atrempted to be painted over. Taps leaked constantly all night and nild in the bath tubs.

No plates or cutlery provided. The property is dated but clean.

Rooms and hotel clean and comfortable enough, just very old and the place needs a massive refurb. Great central position and nice comfy bed. Good for a stopover in Rocky.

The room we were given was on the third floor facing the restaurant and pool. The overall cleanliness of the room was bad. Dust was everywhere. The carpet was not vacuumed so you can see dog hairs in the room?? Are pets allowed? It was unbelievable! The air conditioner was not working properly. The room was stuffy and hot. They really need to look at the ventilation of the room. I felt suffocated in the room and had to open the sliding door for air circulation.

Had a quiet weekend in Rockhampton. Hotel was ok but room located opposite lift and you could hear it rumbling up and down. Hotel only has one lift. Coffee was not renewed when room was serviced. Good location

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The temperature control for the air conditioning system would make an buzzing sound during the night that kept waking me up like an alarm clock at random times. It would stop when I turned the dial and adjusted the temperature but the buzzing would start again.

Always stay her when visiting Rockhampton. Comfortable bed in central location.

Area is very unsafe and limited parking taken up by their own staff. They have closed off the hotel parking because of breakins and as a way of absolving themselves they now provide next to no parking while gangs roam the streets. Also they slap you with an extra $40 if you want the pullout couch made, although the room was booked for 3 they provided one bed and did not make the pull out couch, this is a blatant and shameless hidden cost. They also didnt let the breakfast buffet know that our breakfast was included so we were asked to pay, when we objected we had to stand there embarrassed waiting while they tried to sort it out.

I enjoyed staying at the Mercure, I have stayed there before, it’s close to everything and easy to get to, they need to get more covered parking for people staying there, I didn’t like parking out the back of the Mecure it didn’t feel safe, the staff at the desk were very helpful on arrival, the room was clean but the air conditioning may need a overhaul was very stuffy in the room, the only thing I was disappointed in on checkout they tried to charge my room with a breakfast fee of $28.00, I did not have a breakfast in the restaurant and it was charged to my room on the 23rd which I didn’t check in till after 4.00pm so how could I have had breakfast, the girl at the desk was lovely trying to work out what was going on, I said to check your cameras I was never in there, but management made me feel like I was not telling the truth, so it has put a bit of doubt wether too stay there again.

Nothing like pictured online. So unsafe, detectives were in the lobby yo investigate multiple break and enters and car theft. The rooms were ok but very old nothing like the pictures.

Staff were excellent. Only improvement would be a better / safer carpark

Great service. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Good GF options.
