The location is extremely good, very convenient with supermarket just next to the building. However the trade off is the noisy environment at night with several time of emergency vehicles running around. Overall staff were helpful except one receptionist was not quite friendly, I had to repeat simple requests like Toilet rolls over and over, and the attitude was quite rude compared to other staff.

我們有六個人預定了豪華公寓雙房型，但只有兩間房間，我們想確認另外是否能加床或者有沙發床，訂房後立刻詢問飯店，一直到我們要入住那一天，我們又問了一次，還是沒有答覆，到了飯店櫃檯詢問，櫃檯人員各種讓我們等待，可是我們想知道的是，我們有沒有沙發還是沙發床，溝通了很久櫃檯人員還是不明白我們的意思，後來當天下午入住才給我們回覆說有沙發床，入住當天，我們提早到了飯店詢問能否提前入住，櫃檯人員說沒辦法一定要兩點後，我們想說那去吃個飯回來差不多，結果我們回來大概兩點半到飯店辦理入住，飯店人員說因為前房客把房間弄得很髒亂，要我們再等五到十分鐘，一等就是快一個小時，一直到三點半才通知我們房間好了，進房後，備品不足浴巾也缺少，立刻出去跟飯店人員要，之後發現浴室排水系統很差，淋浴的地方只有一小片玻璃遮擋，浴室跟廁所一起地板卻沒有排水系統，導致洗澡整個浴室像淹水，門鎖是最一般的鑰匙鎖，從櫃檯到房間卻需要兩個磁扣才到的了，還有沙發床很難睡，整個往中間凹，跟朋友一起睡很尷尬，一個人睡床一個人睡沙發旁，整體感覺很差！

粗聲大氣，冇禮貌到極。
酒店位置佳，隣近维多利亞市場，也方便坐巴士到唐人街~但不想受氣囉!

入住五個晚上剛好遇到復活節假期，飯店雖有通知有四天因節日關係沒有提供housekeeping，但整個住完最後一天還是沒人來打掃，因累積太多天，房間的垃圾、整潔度都下降，實在不太舒服

this is my second time live in this appartment and this time i stayed in here for 5 days. The room is clean and bright as last time, the only worst thing is there are no curtain in the balcony! the sun will wake you up every early morning, like 7am-8am. And front desk staffs are not very helpful as other comments mentioned is ture. however, the location is really good, which makes me choose this apparement again. supermarket just downstairs and tram station just 3 mins walk. overall the appartment is great, just ignore those staffs would be fine.

入住前一日電郵通知更改往集團另一酒店，無奈入住後發現位置離市區較遠，所以往酒店要求安排往後日子入住原訂之 2房單位，但當日值班男職員態度十分冷默，而諸多藉口推搪，最終糾纏一個多小時後，無奈致電 Expedia 職員要求退款，及改訂餘下日子之酒店。這經歷令到我及家人假期蒙上污點！
所以對這家酒店基本没有什么評價 ...... 差评 ！

煮菜煙不大可是警報器卻很容易響，住5天響2次。希望這部分可以改善。
大致上都不錯，離QV market很近，可以買到便宜的菜跟水果。而且飯店一樓的隔壁就是ALDI超市，買東西方便，不需要將自己買的東西扛很遠。
