Conveniently across the road to a bus stop that departs to the city every 20 or so minutes, facilities were lovely and the staff were delightful and offered to help with any inquiries right off the bat :)

Helpful and friendly check-in. Permitted early check-in to attend a funeral and arranged that my room would the first one cleaned after previous occupier vacated. TV, microwave and fridge all new. Carpet appeared new and walls, etc. clearly recently painted. Close to public transport. On busy intersection with trams and buses but noise substantially lowere by apparent double glazing. Smallish room, typical of the building era, but value at 110/night inc. GST

This was my second time staying here. Booked for 2 nights but due to building work going on there. I checked out after 1 night. Could not even get a car park. In fairness they should not be taking bookings while work going on.
Location is great and not far from the city. Price is very fair and found staff friendly.

Delapidated motel. Off milk in the fridge. Peeling vinyl bathroom cabinet. Room paint was dirty. On checkin the receptionist couldnt find my reservation and had a poor manner. At least the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Off street parking good.

My pillow was dirty, the power point in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall dangerous in my opinion. The balcony door had tape across it as it was cracked so we didn’t open the door in case it shattered.

Property is very run down. Bed wasnt made after first of two nights stay. Tv remote gone and no replacement found. Tv manual operation very poor. Only good thing was the shower. Wont stay again.
