Pegasus Apart'Hotel

入住体验很棒，酒店位置靠近维多利亚女王市场和旗杆公园。我决定在墨尔本多住几天，这家酒店价格也合适。酒店入口处有坡道，很贴心，因为我带着婴儿车。

我觉得这家酒店很干净，性价比很高。我们订的是两居室，房间宽敞，装修也很漂亮。工作人员在办理入住和退房时都很热情，退房时还能轻松寄存行李。 我们入住期间唯一的小缺点是电梯有一天晚上坏了，所以我们不得不上下三层楼梯才能到达19楼的房间。不过他们连夜修好了电梯。

Saya check in 16 Agustus 2024 check out 23 Agustus 2024. Pada waktu check in diminta jaminan AUD 100 (gesek pakai debit kartu Jenius) dijanjikan jaminan akan dikembalikan ke kartu 5 hari kerja. Sampai saat ini 30 Agustus 2024 belum dikembalikan jaminan saya. Apakah app bisa bantu urus jaminan saya? Thanks

The location is great, many restaurants are within walking distance, and the front office staff is very helpful.

Menyenangkan tinggal di Melbourne di sini. Cukup dekat Masjid ICV, QVM, dan Flagstaff Station. Di ujung CBD jadi masih kebagian free tram (walau sedikit jalan ke sana). Ada minimarket dan supermarket. Oke lah untuk tinggal di sini. Plus, kompor dan alat-alat masak cukup membantu kami hidup 5 hari di Melbourne.

+ Room spacious, we're happy enough with the kitchenette with water cooker, fridge, microwave and tools. Toilet, toiletries, shower are good. Heater is good. Didn't use the TV. Closet, hairdryer are good. Iron & iron bar provided but not used. Location is good, only a minute walk to groceries, qvm and free tram stop.- gym is very small. Only accommodate few person. Bed too soft and has to be replaced. Room cleaning didn't include washing cups, plates, spoons that we put in the kitchen sink, they're just left unwashed. Also a pice of tissue on the floor was still where it was, means they didn't vacuum clean the floor. Deposit policy has to be reviewed again, they requested me to put cash deposit of aud 200 because I couldn't make a credit card deposit (which is aud 100 = half amount of the cash deposit). What's the problem with cash deposit? Why they have to double the amount? We're travelling and we might be tight in cash. If you want cash deposit, you should ask the same amount as CC deposit. Cash is still a legitimate way of paying. And having a CC is not a must at all in order to live this life, right?

I was happy that the accommodation was upgraded to a 2br unit for a minimal cost. It was spacious and clean.

Location is strategic, 5 minutes walk to QVM and Flagstaff station. Clean and nice apartment, spacious room suitable for family.

Very nice and comfortable! The room was spacious with complete amenities, nice view and great service! The only downside was there is no heater/aircon inside the bedroom. Only 1 heater/aircon outside in the living room.

I think all the employees should carry a smiling face to make customers feel welcome. Be genuine to help, that is the basic for a hotelier. Location is not as good as it was mentioned in the review (only plus point I see it's that the hotel is behind Queen Victoria market) it's still far from Melbourne Central.

The hotel was very pleasant. Got a nice surprise when we went to the room (which was ready before the check in time) and got upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with our various requests and queries. The breakfast was pretty standard with almost always the same food everyday, but some were our favorites like the sausage and the fresh fruits. The location was easy to access from the airport, though to access the trams, it required a bit of effort as the nearest one was still 15 minutes walk. Overall it was a wonderful & amazing experience for me and my wife.

We stayed in a deluxe studio room with 2 queen beds. Room size is good with functional kitchen. Hotel is a short walk from the flagstaff tram station. There is also a Airbus shuttle bus to the bus stop two mins walk from hotel. Love the Korean restaurant near the hotel too! One down point is there is no washer/dryer in room (but pay per use laundry service is available at common area). Air con was quite dusty and the filter probably need some cleaning. One of the bed is not very comfortable (sinking in) and caused a bit of backache.

Dekat banget dengan pusat CBD, tempatnya gampang ditemui dan bagus.
