Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room service was also very nice if you don’t feel like walking/driving to the restaurant at night. Food selection was limited but still good. Beautiful spacious room with a large bathtub. Close to the hot springs too. Easy parking outside the rooms.

It’s a bit old this hotel room, the room service food menu is very limited, they are all fast food meal but no proper dinner meal.

One of the beds in our room leaned to one side. Hotel staff replied that they could not do anything. Even if they could consider changing a room, they could only supply a double bed room, which was not acceptable to us as we booked and required two beds.

Not what I was expecting for the price, especially given it’s a Peppers property. We were apparently upgraded, but I’m not sure what that meant. The room was huge but not well equipped - it was extremely basic, dated, not a tissue box in sight and the noise carried easily between rooms and as people walked in the corridor. Sadly, it’s not somewhere I’d choose to stay again if in the area.

Location is great. Upon checkin staff were lovely, got the VIP upgrade bottle of wine and very friendly. Resort on the surface is lovely but the rooms are getting worn and dated. Some lights didn’t work well or flickered and wood paneling chipped etc for a 350 a night room was average. The fact it’s a golf resort I guess people overlook.

We enjoyed the surrounds but was all little to far from the main lobby and reception. We also had trees in front of our view which was different to the advertised pictures. However we still enjoyed our stay.
