This was a really lovely stat and my husband considers it the BEST on our three week holiday. The property is like brand new and the staff couldn’t have helped us more. They were so obliging!!

Modern facilities. Well-equipped kitchen and serviced daily except for Sunday, which was a bonus! Walking distance to Woolworths and shops. Clean, spacious, and comfortable beds and rooms. Has a dryer and washer located in the second bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Room was very clean and modern. Service was great from Gloria upon arrival and she recommended a great place for breakfast. Check out staff made it quick and simple.

“I had to leave the hotel one night earlier due to an emergency. During check-out, the front desk staff assured me they would clear my room and approve a refund for the unused night. They told me to contact Expedia because I booked through them, and said everything was ‘all clear’ on their end to speed up the process.
However, after leaving and contacting Expedia, they refused to issue the refund, citing their cancellation policy—despite the hotel telling me in person that they would approve it. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I trusted their word when checking out, only to be denied later.
I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values honesty and transparency.”

Great location, walking distance to main shopping area. Got an upgrade to a 2 room apartment and facilities were magnificent. A lovely king bed with separate lounge and kitchen with all the amenities you could hope for. Even a washing machine and dryer. The only criticism would be, no airflow at night (not near a window). Overall, loved it.

On-site parking came with an additional charge of 25 per day. This really was very irritating as hotels parking shouldn't cost extra. Very disappointing.

Beautiful neat room, lovely greeting on arrival.
Only downside is the 4 thimbles of milk they supply for coffee for two people for the night. For price you pay could maybe provide enough milk for 2 coffees each.
