Very nice hotel, great spa.
Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians.
It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab.

This hotel... I could have stayed in forever. The location was great (walkable to so many restaurants and cafes), easy parking options, very easy/quick drive into Zell am See. Great amenities, outdoor pool, etc. The staff was super friendly. The only downside was our room faced the train tracks so it got a tiny but noisy.

Superbe chambre au calme avec vue sur les montagnes, très bien équipée, et lit très confortable. Parking extérieur réservé aux clients de l'hotêl.
Seul bémol non négligeable pendant les fortes chaleur et incompréhensible pour un hôtel de ce standing : l'absence de climatisation ! Car difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la chambre en raison des moustiques... (pour rappel l'hotêl est équipé d'une piscine extérieure et est à 15 min à pied du lac)

Super fint hotel. God værdi for pengene. Restauranten var lukket i en måned, lidt ærgerligt ikke at få dette at vide, men selv skal finde ud af det. Men ellers godt hotel, rent, super god morgenmad og fin plads på værelset vi havde.

Das Hotel und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr sauber und modern. Im Wellnessbereich gab es immer frische Handtücher und Getränkespender. Am ersten Tag war der Frühstücksservice leider sehr schlecht. Ein Teil des Frühstücks wurde serviert und das dauerte zum Teil länger als 30 min. Andere Gäste erhielten Ihre Bestellung trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage gar nicht oder fehlerhaft oder erst nach einer Stunde. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 10 uhr bereits komplett leer geräumt und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl die Frühstückszeiten bis 11 Uhr gingen, das Personal war komplett überfordert und unorganisiert. Es haben sich mehrere Gäste beschwert. Am nächsten Tag war der Service das komplette Gegenteil. Die Bestellungen gingen zügig und es wurde auch oft nachgefragt, ob alles passt, noch etwas gewünscht wird usw.
