The hotel is in very good condition. Bedrooms and facilities are very good too. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant has enough space. A lot of options for dinner but it's not a very quiet place if you get a room facing the street, as there are several restaurants that close late at night.

靠近热闹繁华的中心市区，离中心车站近，不过都是石子路，如果有拉杆箱，必须要叫出租车了～吃的可以，风景好

Hotell rommet jeg fikk var stort, men tydelig mer slitt og det har blitt nye eiere siden sist. Så en del endringer på rutiner og service. Mulig det er en innkjøringsfase, men det var litt dårligere enn forventet.

Schone kamer en prima bedden. In het algemeen wel aan renovatie toe, wat scheuren hier en daar, water in douchebak loopt slecht weg, ruimte waar ontbijt was, was beetje karig aangekleed. Locatie zelf echt top!

Great hotel in a great location. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast and thoughtful free cold drinks available in reception. The second time I have stayed here. I appreciate the international clientèle, which you don't see so much in the big hotel chains.

Located very good in the city center, also close to Brussels Central station. I have mixed experiences with this hotel. The first meeting with staff was not the best I've had but the rest of the staff balanced out the negative. The room was ok except for the bathroom ceiling that is almost falling apart making the upper floor hotel rooms sounds loud especially the pipes from toilet/sink being noisy! Breakfast was good!

The room was huge. King sized bed very good. Staff very nice. Breakfast fantastic. Bed pillows small and only one each - improvement needed. The shower glass divider door was awful. The water went everywhere on the floor like a river. Big gap in the divider. Actual shower was great. Would come here again. Central position was fabulous.

Hotel con una ubicación estupenda!!!, el desayuno muy bueno! Habitación grande y cómoda, baño recien reformado. A mejorar la habitacion anticuada , y sobre todo la moqueta con un olor horrible . En general buena relación calidad precio solo que la habitación necesita reforma y sobre todo el tema de la moqueta.

I had a quad room and it was very big. The location is great and the breakfast was good. However, during my 5 day/ 4 night stay June 28-July 2 we never had hot water, not one day. The evening staff was rude and one of the men during the day time was very rude too when I asked about it. I was not given an option to switch rooms. I just kept getting the run around. Expedia managed to refund me a bit, I had booked 2 rooms and I was only able to get about $249 for both rooms as a refund. I found it ridiculous that a basic amenity was not provided. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. One of our rooms faced the main street and the noise level was horrible.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good. The hotel is walkable to all attractions, restaurants, and shops. It's right in the middle of everything. Convenient from the central station. It's pretty noisy. It's right next to a club. We didn't mind it since all the traveling put us to sleep.

This is an excellent location. It is sitting right in the old town with the main streets of restaurants steps away and lots of night time activity. It is just 2 blocks from the Grand Plac. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast has lots of variety. The AC has full power suited for Americans! The carpet could use replacement but rooms are comfortable. I would stay again if I were in Brussels
