Room was clean, staff went above and beyond to help us..."Arthur" was fantastic in helping us locate a pharmacy open late as my son developed tonsillitis and had to have a prescription filled. Breakfast was amazing...location was great! A bit noisy due to construction...but no fault of the hotel

Was greeted upon arrival and got a room a couple hours early which is always a bonus. Liked the location, just south ofnthe main tourist area, but a quick walk to anything. Was nice being away from the crowds and the food neearby was great with options. Bathroom was small, but did book the smallest room as i was traveling alone, so cant complain.

Very quiet, very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent location central to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Zeer goede locatie, dicht bij het centrum voor een goede prijs Uitgebreid buffet Badkamer kon iets beter gepoetst worden (veel stof op de haardroger) Goed bed, voldoende handdoeken en beddengoed (extra's aanwezig) Ik had geboekt voor Eén rolstoeltoegankelijke kamer. Helaas bij het inchecken iets misgegaan. Na een mailtje bleek dit om een fout te gaan, want er zouden wel degelijk rolstoeltoegankelijke kamers zijn. Maar dus extra navragen bij het inchecken als je als rolstoelgebruiker daar komt. In de andere ibis in Gent weet ik dat die kamer zeer goed is. Indien ik nog eens in Gent moet zijn, boek ik terug hier
