Its a decent hotel. Stayed with kids in a junior suite qhich was of decent size. Some of the room maintenance was quite poorly done, but it was clean and tidy. Great staff.

The staff were superb. Food (breakfast) was good. Location is excellent - pretty much all of central Brussels is walkable from the hotel.
The actual room however was terrible! A family suite consisted of a barely decorated lounge with no ventilation and then a large room/cupboard with no windows and broken AC. The door to this “bedroom” was broken so required a Herculean effort to open and close. Then, the bathroom was on the other side of the bedroom, with no lock on the door and a translucent door, so anyone going to the loo in the night wakes up the bedroom occupants with light. To top it off, all lights (inc bedside reading lights) were linked to the main switch. So, if you want to stay up after putting the kids to bed, you’d better have packed your night vision goggles. The 2 tv’s worked ok, although only 1 controller.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Area was quiet but still had good access to restaurants. Just a short walk from central Brussels. Stayed for F1 at Spa. Easy access to roadways. The room was a large 1 bedroom suit that was perfect for a family of 4. Nice pool table and foosball in the lobby.

Jeg skulle overnatte i tre døgn, og efter første døgn er mit nøglekort annulleret, så jeg ikke kan komme ind på værelset. Det blev dog fikset ved henvendelse.
Første morgen stod jeg på listen til morgenmad, men på andendagen var jeg fjernet fra listen. Jeg fik dog morgenmad, da det blev undersøgt i systemet, og de erkendte deres fejl. Om eftermiddagen rettede jeg henvendelse til personalet, så det ikke ville gentage sig på den tredje dag. Da jeg så gerne vil have morgenmad på tredje dagen, står jeg igen ikke på listen...
Der var adgang til instant coffee på værelset. Der blev ikke fyldt op på anden dagen. Ved henvendelse til personalet fik jeg udleveret kaffe. Det gentog sig på tredje dagen.
Da jeg skulle betale for parkering, virker automaten ikke. Det er i sig selv jo ikke et problem, men når det lægges oven i alt ovenstående, så bliver det et irritationsmoment.
Generelt er det et godt hotel, men der er for mange simple ting, som ikke fungerer. Det er ærgerligt, da det går ud over den samlede vurdering.
