Location is closed to city center, just next to Tourist Information office. All facilities quite old.

游客绝对不能选择的住处。不提供热水洗澡，房间不能通风，厕所的味道溢满整个房间，等等。因为这个酒店，对贝里斯的美好印象大打折扣。

The staff was wonderful - lots of great recs for dining & things to do. We didn't explore much of Belize City, but we got great info for the time we were there. Everyone says the city isn't safe - but honestly, be smart and don't do dumb things like flash cash, and you'll be fine :)

The staff - very nice. The room was fairly clean, linens clean, toilet and sink clean, floor was gritty but could have been due to wind. Bad area of town, didn't feel safe to walk, difficult to navigate.in a car.

The apartment was right in the middle of Belize City I was able to walk to the water taxi which was my goal for renting there

Review for [Property Name] I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. I arrived during their advertised check-in hours, only to find that the place was completely closed with no one available to assist me. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no clear explanation or support. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund even though I was unable to check in through no fault of my own. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared to risk being stranded or losing your money. A little effort on their part to resolve the issue could have gone a long way, but sadly, that didn’t happen. Proceed with caution.

Staff are great and helpful. The property is run down and in an area of town where you probably don't want to be.

Got this hotel based on the pictures but once we went inside it was too fenced up like a jail but understood since locals mention the area being too dangerous at night. Once we went into the room there was no way of taking a shower. The bathroom was so unsanitary and unbelievably dirty. The toilet was leaking from the bottom and had to put a towel. Bugs were also crawling over the floor by the beds.

We took a bus from Melchor border that dropped us off in the middle of a random street and got this hotel based on the pictures but once we went inside it was too fenced up like a jail but understood since locals mention the area being too dangerous at night. Sheets and linens were clean but the overall hotel and room is dated. Staff are very friendly and helpful and its a close walk to the water taxi.

This is an older property in a quiet area. Food is within walking distance. We did get breakfast two morning and it was good.
