Todo fue excelente! Mi único comentario es que hacia un poco de frío en la habitación y solo funcionaba el aire acondicionado (no calefacción), pero me dieron un pequeño calefactor en recepción. Por lo demás, el servicio es excelente, el hotel muy lindo y limpio y el desayuno espectacular!

The internet was very slow, being in the CBD, staying for business purposes it was quite inconvenient of not being able to take calls as the internet was patchy.

The people were very nice and accommodating but when I had a change of plans managemen was more interested in keeping the money for one more night than keeping a customer for the future. Disappointing.
