1BR APT in the HEART of Downtown

Great location. Easy walk to the Montreal Metro system. I'd definitely stay here again!

Il n'y a malheureusement pas de stationnement gratuit, il faut des vignettes partout. L'annonce mentionne le stationnement gratuit mais c'est faux. Pas de vignette, pas de stationnement. J'ai dû payer le parcomètre à Westmount, à dix minutes de marche de l'appartement. Mon véhicule a été vandalisée.

Summary; Extremely unsafe, avoid if possible. Although the apartment is nice, staying here was scary. On my last night in the city, I went for a late night out and I came home to see someone went into the apartment. I came home to see that all the lights were turned on, there was a dress on one of the chairs, and panties on the bathroom floor. None of these were mine, and I was staying alone so this was terrifying to me. There were no signs of distress so I’m assuming this person knew the house code. This is even more concerning considering the code should’ve stayed between me and the owner, and I didn’t share with anyone. I am never going back to this place again, and although I’m sad because this was a nice apartment, after this night I did not feel safe in the slightest. Please avoid if possible.
