room was better than expected absolutely gorgeous i suggest getting a corner room the view is fantastic! staff were so helpful, answered many questions i had!

Took credit online for online check in. Then asked for it again at hotel. Charged it twice.
Also, went to their lounge bar area at 8pm. No one there to serve. Lady at desk couldn't even sell a beer from fridge as she was not licenced. I chose this hotel because it said it had a bar in it. She said the guy who handles that had "stepped out,"

The hotel was clean as usual, althought I inderstand the savings aspect, i absolutely hate that you need the key for light. Also, the nespresso machine is confusing and it tastes like garbage.
