Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the St Lawrence river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great and you can walk around easily. I wish we spent more than two nights here and taken advantage of more of the amenities.

Iconic hotel, best location in town. Best breakfast buffet you can get; Excelent quality and variety. The swimming pool needs improvement. Great bed, the shower is not the best. I would definitely stay in this hotel while visiting old town Quebec.

客房蠻乾淨的員工的服務態度也很不錯，但是房間內的冰箱沒有辦法冰自己的私人食物以及洗澡的時候發現洗髮精的瓶子居然是空的表示清潔人員並沒有按時補上，因此以這個心急的飯店來說獲得的住宿體驗並不是太好，希望能有所改善服務品質並沒有達到這樣房價的價值沒有浴袍拖鞋也沒有浴缸這個價格不值得來

晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。

Vale a experiência pelo hotel ser uma atração turística em si. Mas para casais viajando sem filhos, que querem mais tranquilidade e privacidade, melhor buscar outro hotel, pois este é muito movimentado, com muitas crianças e muito movimento no lobby. A piscina, por exemplo, estava sempre lotada e tumultuada.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Quebec. Everything was excellent—from the spotless rooms to the absolutely delicious food. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with our energetic twins, which made all the difference for our family. We felt so well taken care of and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel, nicely appointed, and very comfortable room. The heating system was a little noisy, but not bad as it is not running all the time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had problems finding parking, so we used valet parking. Great location!

The hotel was just so busy it didn’t feel exclusive or relaxing. I was shocked that my other family members only had double beds in their rooms, they didn’t sleep well at all. Our beds were queen so we slept nicely but our bathroom was tiny for 4 people. Location was 11/10 though. Food was good but very pricey.

Le chauffage/ventilation était très bruyant et impossible à fermer même si nous étions confortable (nous n'avions ni chaud ni froid, nous aurions préféré économiser le son) aussi, nous avions demandé un lit Queen mais avons eu un lit double: mon conjoint est de très grande taille et ses pieds dépassaient. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.
