The hotel was descent. One thing I did not care for was that I had to let them know to come and clean my broom. They did not clean my room (one of the luxuries of staying at a hotel) and I had to call the reception desk to put in a request for the room to be cleaned at around 3 pm. I also had to physically go to the reception desk to let them know no one showed up to clean the room. Otherwise the stay was descent

We could not sleep the entire night due to the fact that the heating unit was making very loud noise. I wish I would not spent the money to stay in this hotel. Expedia should do something about this issue.

While the room was relatively clean and updated, there is not even complimentary water or coffee/tea in the lobby. Also, there is no breakfast included and your room will not be cleaned unless you request it. For those reasons, i find this place very overpriced. Basically all you get is a place to sleep with zero extras. Some 24hr coffee/tea and water in the lobby would be nice. Yes, they're is a coffee maker in the room but no one in their right mind would use that for fear of contamination. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend this place to anyone

The cleaning staff tried to enter our room at 9 am . We were watching tv so we didn’t hear the knock the first time. My husband stopped her at the door as she unlocked it. I can understand that maybe if we were staying there multiple nights but we were only there for a one night stay and check out wasn’t until 12 PM. What made me the most upset is that we had just got back from grabbing coffee so if we were still out, this person would’ve been in our room when we weren’t even there and not even close to checkout. I will not be visiting this place again for that reason because they don’t even stay out of your room. Not acceptable at all.

They forgot to remove the room that is no longer in existence from Expedia (which was booked for it's in room jetted tub), the lock was broken, the phone did not work, and the bed was really uncomfortable however with an extra comforter to sleep on top of helped with the extra firmness. I will say the toilet paper roll was really poorly placed, you literally have to get up with your pants down to go get the toilet paper. The family ended up with chemical burns from the pool. The pool changing rooms had bugs, which I get because it's winter but should be cleaned more often or have some ant traps. I will say the staff was super kind, although the manager offered no discount at all, hence my reason for the 2 star review..otherwise I would have increased the rating. We won't be returning.

There was a hockey team on my floor. The kids and parents were playing hockey in the hall, hitting my door multiple times and screaming. I had to call the front desk 3 times to have security come up and tell them to stop. It took them over an hour to stop them and was almost 10PM when it stopped. Happened both nights. Staff told me to be patient.
