Staff was amazing. But wi-fi was not working so neither were the televisions. The part of the building I stayed in was old and run-down. The area was more industrial so it wasn’t unsafe, but not much around.

Propreté correcte sans plus - pas eu de service de ménage pendant le séjour (3 jours), petits éléments mal nettoyé au niveau de la douche. Secteur requiert voiture : vieux, surtout des garages, l’hôtel est de loin la plus belle bâtisse du secteur. Insonorisation de la chambre sous la moyenne de la catégorie. Par contre, le bar/restaurant au 6e étage est une belle découverte : excellente nourriture et bon rapport qualité / prix.

Large gaps along the bottoms of the room doors meant that noise from the hallway was easily heard. After speaking to the front desk, they explained the gap was necessary for the HVAC system to work properly. We used a few towels at the base of the door to cut the noise and it worked well. Everything else about our stay was great!

We were in line to check in with an 87-year-old who needed to use the restroom, and we were told to wait until check-in and use it in the room! It advertised that the EV chargers were available, but the charger was broken! We booked one room for four people with breakfast, but they gave us breakfast for only two of us.

Great location and very walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The only problem we had was with the sound that easily travelled from other rooms and the hallway to our room. It was as-if the walls were very thin and perhaps the gap underneath the main door.
