I will give one star. The toilet wasn’t stable at all. There was yelling and noise you have to ask for room service, and the most annoying thing was that people outside or near your room make so much noise. Spider webs outside the hotel, people smoking outside, long wait time for the receptionist, card didn’t even work. Only slight upside was the breakfast. Safe to say, I got terrible sleep and you might as well

It was very good byt not excellent. The elevator rug smells. No cups in the coffee machine and when we asked the night receptionist, said no cups but they are visible on the back office. Room is very good, comfortable bed. Breakfast lady very nice annd accomodating. Otherwise very good.

the presentation of the hotel was substandard in cleanliness.... it was difficult to find the room and elevator....when i got to the room no 351 the electricity was not working... the phone was not working... BUT MORE OUTRAGEOUS WAS THAT THERE WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE A BLOOD STAIN ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER SHEETS ON THE BED.... I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL... I ASKED FOR AREFUND BUT WAS TOD I HAD TO CONTACT hotels.com myself....

Overall it’s a good property and well maintained. It has good road connectivity to all parts of Montréal city. There are near by stores and quick eateries within walkable distance. Seems to be a friendly and safe neighborhood for family and small children.

We noticed that with the breakfast included there were 2 homeless that entered and helped themselves to the buffer. This should be closely monitored for hygiene as they were eating right at the buffet and it was not sanitary.

Property is close to Trudeau airport. One of the few that doesn't charge a fee to park but spaces are limited and was quite full by the time I checked in late afternoon. Building is a bit run down but clean. Hallway carpets and stairwell carpets definitely seen better days. Room was quiet though you can hear noise from the highway. One of the lamps in my room didn't work. A couple of power outlets also didn't work. Looks like they put new taps in the bathroom sink and new flooring but everything else is still 90's decor. A/C worked well though a but on the loud side. They do have a free airport shuttle which is nice. Check-in was easy and quick. Tim Hortons and McDonald's walking distance as there is no restaurant on site. For the price, it's fine for a night or 2 stay.

Clean and great location. Noisy air conditioner and a large gap between the door and the top of the frame below the unit meant it runs 24/7. Made sleeping thru the night difficult. Also the key card doesn’t work on the outside door to the parking lot which forces everyone to park on one side of the building. Not going back unless I see some change on my next visit before booking. Lastly, the breakfast could be improved greatly with some cereals and pancakes. Scrambled eggs are boring.

I kindly and promptly requested this reservation be changed by one day earlier, more than 14 days before the hotel day, and only 15 minutes after making the online reservation. However, the property failed to contact me or . to contact Expedia. This "Quality" (NOT!) "Inn" hotel took my money without giving me any benefit of the doubt, like thieves wanting to enrich themselves by stealing new customers (I am new to Expedia!). I feel cheated by these nasty people (can$200), who behave like unreasonable computer robots after I clearly explained this was an honest mistake in the dates, inserted by a reload of the webpage. Do not stay at such a nasty, discourteous and delinquent hotel, Quality Inn - Dorval. It has absurd business rules and no morality.
