Swimming pool was closed

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The Air Con worked and was simple to use. Fantastic view of the CN tower. The staff were extremely helpful. 10/10

Restaurant has a beautiful view over the water with great food and an excellent server. The area is centrally located close to many attractions.

Staff were friendly and the views were wonderful over the water. The rooms air conditioning was awful and as a result the room was very very warm. Also one of the noisest hotels I've ever experienced - the doors on the rooms don't seem to have a slow close so they all slam. I'd expect better from a hotel charging $400+ a night.

Having the CN Tower in the dead centre of our view every time we looked out the window was so cool. This hotel is in a great location - being between the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre and the lake was incredible. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly. The restaurant is on the 5th floor, and having breakfast overlooking the lake was a great way to start our day. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The TV could use a better guide, there was a bit of peeling wallpaper, the windows need a wash, and our sink drained really slowly, but the room was clean and pest free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again, we had a great time.

Room was clean, hallways clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The waterfront was a beautiful place to sit and watch the boaters.

Everything was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the 5th floor was delicious and the two young guys working were amazing. My only complaint is we had a king bed room and the mattress had a distinctive part/line down the one side that was almost like it was an added on piece to a queen bed. It was slightly uncomfortable to sleep on if you didn’t sleep just right.

If you’re using the photos or the list of amenities as a reason for booking this hotel, I highly recommend booking another hotel. The main reasons for booking this hotel was the stunning pool views and the huge common areas to spend time with friends who we had convinced to book this property as well. After calling on Thursday morning prior to the free cancellation policy kicking in, to confirm the pool would be open, and then checking in Friday afternoon, we arrived back to our hotel room at 10pm to a note saying that the pool would not be available from 9am-4pm on Saturday due to a “doggy dip” where locals could bring their dogs to swim in the pool. Returning from the Blue Jays game on Saturday evening at 6:30pm assuming we could use the pool, my kids hopped in the pool only to be covered in dog hair(disgusting). They had a self driven vacuum that wasn’t working in there. We were then told the entire pool area would be closed for the duration of the stay. After disappointing my kids by telling them there was no more pool for the trip, we moved indoors to have some drinks and snacks with our group of friends. At this time we were told to pack up our stuff as there was a movie being filmed in the hotel. We were given the option to move to a dimly lit corner with a couple of tables and chairs. I demanded to speak to the manager and after two hours of negotiating, I was given 35% off my stay. This hotel did not value my business and they don’t deserve your business!

Very close to Rogers Center. Very covenient to see a Blue Jays Game. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed. Breakfast is excellent with reasonable prices.

Very nice rooms and property! Wish the pool would have been open and that there was more direction within the hotel of amenities.

Our stay was alright , however we had to keep constantly asking for our room to be cleaned. Floors are wood and kinda old, toilet moves like crazy when it’s not supposed to ?…
