整体感受非常好。酒店地理位置很好，离市区很近，自有海滩也非常漂亮。客房私密性很强，很安静，在酒店入住不会受打扰。但是房间设计不算合理，虽然别墅面积很大，但是很多区域其实极少会用到。房间设施比较旧，卫浴设备不好用。住了一晚豪华泳池别墅和一晚海景泳池别墅，房间基本一样，海景别墅也基本看不到海，但是视野开阔性会好很多。再到三亚还会选择这家酒店，不过住最基础的房型就好了，体验差距不大。但是，整体中还是有一些瑕疵，9月24日下午办入住的女生工作交接中有严重的问题，导致第二天更换房间（两天订了两个房型）时酒店完全没有安排，等待酒店通知和打扫浪费了一两个小时时间。事后道歉极无诚意，居然是送了一个包含两个香蕉一个梨子的目测人民币不超过7元钱的果盘，而果盘其实每天正常都会有。事情不大，但是处理态度太令人生气，送果盘的补救方案简直匪夷所思。其他工作人员服务都很好。这次住了悦榕庄、丽思卡尔顿和保利瑰丽，综合看悦榕庄还是不错的，位置加分大于服务减分，所以下次还可能会选择这里，只是千万不要再碰到上次那个前台。

I very enjoy staying in Banyan Tree Sanya, their services is really good especially the front desk gave us lots of support. We got upgrade to the Deluxe Villa, the room is really nice and pool is big. Their food is good, much better then I expected. They are very caring to their guest, one day front desk called and ask how is my stay in hotel? is everything ok? and I just told him the bed is a bit soft cause my back is not so good. And they immediately arranged the staffs to add the wood board under my bed in order to make it harder. It really impress me. All their staff is very kind and polite. I really have a good time and will stay in Banyan tree again if I go to Sanya next time!!!

設備殘舊及壞掉，沒有更換新的。例如沐浴露瓶出水柄位已生铹及脫掉，沒有更換新的。視頻列表所顯視的視頻不正確，80多號以後我視頻是沒有的。我住的是家庭房，樓上樓下，電話不能從房間打通到另一房。

很好的位置賞日落最佳不會太多人也有免費的茶點一一邊吃一邊舒適的賞日落一樂也。客房十分濶落私隱度高設備10分齊全也頗為清潔。服務員都很有禮貌殷勤招待服侍周到。是一間絕對入住的渡假酒店。

Pool Villa 非常舒適及潔淨，有絕對私隱。整個resort非常寧靜，不會充滿旅客。食物水準一般，露天餐廳的設施例如座椅不乾淨黏手。餐廳外的公眾洗手間的潔淨完全不合乎7星级resort的水準。旅程最後一天，最令人失望是spa，房間有點舊的感覺，Therapist原來只有17歲，按摩水準可評為"good"，按摩療程附送的cleansing facial令我氣憤，Therapist用力摔我的臉部，弄痛及弄醒我。療程完成後的靜心時間，Therapist竟然在我和先生面前收拾床單!給我喝止! 梘液盎是塞住，要把塞住的梘液弄出，才能按出梘液冼手。這些情況在check-out 時都已告訴職員。

The software is okay, but the hardware of the hotel is disappointed. The facilities is getting old and depreciated. The food of the restaurant is just so so and flys are all around but the price is relatively high. When I was having my breakfast in the restaurant, I found my table was occupied by someone while I am at the buffet bar taking my food. But the restaurant failed to assign me another seat or even ask the man who occupied my table return to reception. What I can do is just standing in the restaurant and holding my plate of food, what a great experience.

悦榕庄是别墅酒店，别墅带一个私人泳池，私密性很强，很适合情侣或者一家三口旅游休闲。这次住的很开心，美中不足的是别墅浴缸不太干净，附送的化妆包很方便

We are very happy with our stay there. The hotel is spacious and quiet, totally relaxing. We like the privacy we had all the time, being in the villa or in the hotel compound. The service of staff is also the highest I have experience in China, very attentive and polite. The location is also much closer to city center and thus better than those hotels in Yalong Bay. The only complaint I have is the food is at best so so. If they have good food I would stay there to eat more.

Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!
