The hotel is big and conveniently located. The staff have been helpful and attentive. It was a bit noisy when the adjacent guests were closing their doors in the morning.

The hotel is not super new but still modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is just convenient with shopping mall and eateries around. Around 10 minutes walk to subway to suggest to take a taxi if with large luggage.

I was disappointed with the following: 1. nobody guided to the seats during the breakfast time in the restaurant, we need to find for seating area by ourselves; 2. I stay in 48 floors but there still have smell of smoking in the corridor;

我们是第一次在这酒店住宿的，发觉它座落的地点颇方便，鄰近花园酒店及白云賓館，而且，要去广州主要的旅游景点，譬如中山路，上下九步行街，美食街及珠江新城都颇近，20分钟车程之内。相信酒店是多年前落成吧，但一切设施都很好，地方整洁，服务员態度不錯，很有礼貎。美中不足的是中餐庁比较落后，我们在那裡吃过早餐，無論服务及食物的水平都不达标，可惜！

對面有商場及食店，門囗有公車站。旺中帶靜。旁邊寫字樓商場有麥當勞同便利店，雖然並不大但足夠方便。總括而言服務及地點都很好。
