Best hotel we stayed in China so far 👍. Conveniently located, metro, mall, restaurants, etc., was within walking distances. The hotel itself is very luxurious for the price I payed from app, a 5* hotel it's very affordable. I could say I got a very good deal. Very recommended ❤️.

Hotel looks brand new and is the nicest Doubletree in which I've stayed. There's a multitude of dining, shopping, and bar options within walking distance including an upscale mall across the street. Location was perfect for my business trip, however, tourists might want to stay closer to downtown/sites.

The hotel is new and 4 mins walk to the metro. The hotel is grand, room is big and clean. The only problem is the WiFi only limited for 1 device and hard to login, the staff mentioned that they’re changing the service provider and should improve in near future. Except this, I’ll recommend this hotel for both business travellers and leisure.

Overall the lobby, housekeeping and club floor staff are very helpful. Location not near west lake but still convenient to walk 2-3 mins to metro railway. Opposite there is a shopping mall. The suite is very good to stay and price is good for value.

Overall is good except the restaurant! It is a big restaurant. However, the waitress asked us to take the buffet instead of a la carte because they already have 10 guests ordered their meal and we need to wait for at least 1.5hrs. It is strange for me, a big restaurant only can serve <10 guests.

位置虽有些偏远，但好在有地铁直达，距离地铁站仅仅3分钟的路程，周围环境整齐安静。 办理入住和退房的时间真的是有些过于长，这可能和江南人的悠闲性格有关，一切都很慢。 前台服务人员不会主动询问或要求你出示希尔顿荣誉客会会员帐号。 客房清扫服务人员态度参差不齐，第二和第三天的阿姨态度真的是挺恶劣，由于不知道毛巾为何出现染色的情况，清洁人员直接从卫生间跑出来训斥到"你们不要用毛巾擦别的东西啊，这样是会被罚款的"，并且这条毛巾就被扔在了卫生间的浴缸中，但是我们并不知道这条毛巾是怎么被染色的。而后在我办理退房手续时才知道被记账有一条毛巾被罚款，最后和酒店交涉后才解决。 p.s. 通过第三方预订希尔顿荣誉客会的会员是享受不了入住积分的，不知道为何。

酒店硬件配備都很新，是一間開業約一年的酒店，但是員工的服務態度怎麼樣，問櫃台問題十問八不知，在櫃檯叫計程車，是透過網頁去叫車，而酒店所在位置仍在發展中，計程車司機大哥也不知道位置在哪，用網頁叫車時司機大哥還打電話來問我位置，我還要衝回櫃台請服務員幫忙說明，服務扣分。雖然很靠近地鐵站（約200米），但周邊甚麼都還沒建好，感覺還是有點荒涼，到杭州市中心坐地鐵也要半個小時，晚間想買瓶水也是要走到十多分鐘一些民宅才有一家超市，而且9點多就休息，想太晚買個宵夜是沒有的，可能還是需要五年多的發展才起來。

優點：建築新穎大氣，房間寬敞舒適，早餐豐富，臨近地鐵站，且目前有一新地鐵出口即將完成，就在飯店正前方，地下有條商業街，已有些服飾店、小吃店進駐，未來出行會更方便，生活機能更便利。 缺點：房內無免費WIFI，周邊較荒涼，購物、餐飲選擇不多，但與地鐵站連結有一地下商場，未來若啟用，應會較熱鬧。去西湖搭地鐵約半小時。
