整體都係幾好，不過房內應該多點吸塵

A prime location in the Futian area, price value ratio is quite high (of course due to seasonality) but the brand speaks of itself. Enjoyed the indoor pool too!

This hotel exudes classic charm and maintains a sense of exclusivity. However, there is room for improvement in service. When we inquired at the front desk about gastric medicine, the response was simply "no." It would have been helpful if the staff had directed us to the nearest pharmacy or offered alternative solutions. However, it was a pleasant stay for us.

酒店靚、地方大、連廁所空間都好大。服務態度好好、連樓層職員都好好服務。最緊要係去返商場好方便。

酒店的設備都比較舊了，不過location真的很不錯。

1. 員工很友善，服務態度良好 2. 自助早餐食物多元化 3. 酒店游泳池是室內設施齊全，有按摩池，有桑拿，而且也照顧長者 4. 入住時為其中一位設有生日掛飾， 10分貼心

感謝職員在沒有要求下，仍為我們安排較高的樓層。

各方面都令人滿意，若有問題速度好快解決

酒店所有人員都十分有禮貌，特別是幫忙check-in的員工，當房間出了特別情況都十分快派人處理好

Tbh, pretty disappointed compared to the same stars hotels in SZ, overall, it gives me the impression that the hotel is trying every bit to cut cost.. The front office staff are just less trained, we were never greeted or even given directions to the hotel’s lift after check in, or never asked about our stay when we checked out (for sure, I would have named a few things) And I don’t expect a 4-5 star hotel had to wait until pretty much everything at the area “gone” before refilling, and this was 10am at breakfast. There were just so many disappointments. And I don’t believe the room we were given to have a 45m sq ft. While the location is perfect. I do not recommend this hotel, you can get much better value elsewhere.

位置十分好，附近有大型商場，購物飲食10分方便。房間寬敞整潔性價比10分高。

整體來說感覺很好，員工有禮貌

Very Good! Clean and tidy room. The Christmas decoration in the lobby is very beautiful. The overall atmosphere is very joyful. We will consider visiting this hotel again in the future.
