I stayed at Hilton Garden Hotel with my family last September. The location is quite convenient. It provides toiletries and a hairdryer. Next to the hotel is Intime Mall (walking distance). There are lots of varieties of food there. The hotel also provides laundry and drying machines, pretty convenient for those who travel with a light suitcase. Breakfast is also full of variety. For those who are sending kids to Nottingham University, I would recommend this hotel. It takes about 7-8 minutes to arrive at the university by taxi.

飯店很新房間很棒，乾淨設備也好非常適合商務出差，隔壁就是超大的銀泰城吃飯買東西也很方便，唯一的小缺點就是當天check in後的第一個房間滿滿煙味，已經指定住無菸房飯店也安排的是無菸房了，房客的水準飯的很難控制，但總覺得打掃清潔時應該注意到這點，雖然飯店馬上安排換房，還是覺得有小小的可惜啊~~

希尔顿花园酒店，总体感觉不太好。我们一行定了3间房，都是双床标间带早餐，其中一间房指定了3个成人，价格比其他两个标间多了两百块，我们认为是加床加早餐了。到了酒店后，酒店前台包括经理，都说我们的三间房是一样的，不含加床，加床需要另附两百多，其中附赠早餐。于是我就把几间房预定的单据和价格给经理看，多出的两百算什么，酒店经理以员工的打扫费用、多一人的空调费用来搪塞我，并坚持要我额外支出加床费用。还好hotel的客服还是很给力的，我致电客服，阐明经历后，客服帮我们进行了沟通，最终事情得以解决。希尔顿的态度，令我们一行人非常不满，耽误了很多时间。另外，希尔顿的早餐，一点儿也不符合国际大品牌星级酒店的标准。品种少，品质也不好。例如，煎蛋区的煎蛋是流水操作，没法选单面蛋，也没有omelet，连中式的粥也没有。以上是入住不满意的地方，该酒店唯一的优点就是在罗蒙游乐场边上，去那里玩很近，很方便。房间的窗户隔音也很好，下午游乐场的尖叫声完全可以阻隔在外。

Pro - close to a big shopping malls - nice view with the playground - solid build pretty sound-proof room Cons - no compliment water for guess - no back up toilet paper roll - front desk lack of support, such as no taxi hiring services - no food, no waiter, no stuff available for dinner!!!

so bad . we already paid the expense to hotels .com but they insist me to pay the expense rmb 4000 again we explained to them but they insisted no no no ...and sunday morning 8:00 am wake me up and knok the door ...we hate to bother me ...under we take the break ...
