北京麗亭飯店一直也是我去北京的首選。因為他地點很好，在王府井金魚胡同，旁邊就是Regent Hotel 所以很好找。附近就是APM 跟王府井購物街跟王府中環，無論吃的，逛的都很方便。飯店員工是貼心的，也很幫忙，這也是我滿意的。但是這一次真的有點不開心，就是晚上10點後飯店會把所有房間的冷氣停掉。這一點我是不能理解，在我向前台投訴為什麼會沒了冷氣，他們解釋是有客戶投訴冷氣太冷⋯⋯ 我理解北京晚上氣溫大概在10度或以下但是在房間真的比較悶熱。還有更不理解是房間是有控制器可以控制冷氣開關和大小，如果其他客人覺得冷也可以關掉冷氣開風扇模式就好了。那為什麼要停掉呢？我們真的熱到出汗，也把窗戶開了，最後要向飯店借了一台風扇才勉強能睡覺。第二件事就是浴缸漏水，在我們洗澡的時候去水很慢，然後發現浴缸漏水嚴重，整個地板都是水，我們要把地板擦乾才能繼續使用。在擦乾地板的同時也沒有了冷氣，那種感覺真的又氣又熱。第二天投訴了之後漏水問題，飯店應該有處理過但漏水問題持續只是沒有那麼嚴重而已。這一次4天3夜的體驗真的考驗我們對熱的忍耐度。我也真的首次遇上有客人投訴太冷，飯店會把全部房間的冷氣服務在晚上10點後停掉。這我們真的不能理解和接受。最後是開心的事情，飯店根據我們是hotel.com 的金會員，所以免費把房間升等了。這個是對我們來說是一個驚喜。

This hotel is just next to the subway station allowing us to easily get to most of the tourist spots in Beijing. The only drawback is the noises coming from the corridor, which cannot be fully eliminated by the thin wall and door. Overall, I will choose this hotel again during my next visit.
