一如既往的好品质，别墅区的景观和园区绿化都非常棒，房间也很舒适。虽然没有私家海滩，但从对面的万豪走到海滩也就几分钟，算比较方便的，相比价格来说是不错的了。

Don't come here ! Everything is old and broken, I stayed in a Majestic Pool Villa which is the most expensive room type. The shower drainage is stuck and bad smell always present, there is not even a closet for hanging clothes and everything looks old and broken

服務員工都很好 , 很細心, 有耐性, 很有禮貌, 酒店設備還好, 性價比高, 明年會再來.
唯一是泳池旁的小店銷售的員工很糟糕, 小店內地面有水不竟然管, 我同行的80歲家人差點滑倒(其實誰人滑倒也不好), 之後我請她清理, 她竟然說地不是她弄濕的, 不肯處理. 最後我堅持要她清理, 並跟跟她吵架, 吵了15分鐘她才非常不願意地清理, 非常影響度假心情.

這次入住泰國別墅，員工服務態度非常好，只是設施和房間內有點舊。但性價比高，值得一住。還要點名給贊員工小波，因為這次去三亞剛剛有颱風，小波貼心為我提供及更改了多次行程，真的謝謝你的耐心。

第一次去三亚的话，不建议住，因为环境真的清净，有点忘记自己在三亚。如果纯粹想休闲游的住这里可以，人不多，不闹。房间设施比较旧，早餐不错，悠悠闲闲的在别墅游游泳，发发呆也不错。
