酒店指示不清晰,容易走錯方向。房內WIFI需問前台取密碼,不夠細心。房內牆紙因潮濕而有水印及剝落。如打開廁所門會有異味傳回房內。餐廳竟然不在酒店內,需沿酒店旁小路,走到餐廳,極不方便。

The hotel wasn't far away (just 10-min drive) from subway, while it's hard for us to find a taxi to go there (taxi driver either marked a high fare or claimed it's distant area). The hotel outside looked nice, but was too dark inside. Quite quiet place. But staff were too fresh (or insufficient training). Their customer service was so-so. They even didn't proactively provide breakfast coupons until we asked them for details.

when we were travelling, there is Guangzhou Trading exhibition. so the hotel price is more expensive than off season. So i not really think that the price is reasonable. But overall the hotel is quite fine, and the service is also nice.

硬體新穎，服務也有水準以上，可是千萬要注意這整家飯店只有14間deluxe room有窗，不建議入住無窗房，很壓迫。 這次入住的經驗不是很好，因為check in時拿著hotel.com的訂房編號，櫃台的人硬說我住的是無窗的房型，我很生氣，調電腦資料出來對質，他們才坦承有誤。雖然是看來時尚新穎的酒店，但從一些小細節就可發現和一等酒店仍有差距。
