非常好，非常貼心細膩，讓人非常喜歡半島酒店。
離地鐵站不遠，距離機場打車也不會太遠(40~45 min)。附近王府井很好逛。
入住當天詳細的講解房間內特別的設備。
在入住之前也先來信詢問了我們的需要，也真的貼心地附上給家母的紫色玫瑰花及生日蛋糕。
非常感動，謝謝。
開床服務也讓家母非常開心。
使用的沐浴精洗髮精香而不膩，令人喜歡。
幾乎可以說很完美的住宿經驗，快要可以媲美香港的半島酒店了。
我一共住了五天四晚，若硬要說有甚麼缺點的話，就是，只有第一天有報紙，後面幾天不知道為何都沒有報紙，不過因為我們也沒有想看，也沒有打電話去要，不然我想酒店方一定會提供的。
希望以後會有像香港半島那樣的，半島酒店本身的禮品店，北京半島的禮品只有幾個櫥櫃，品項非常少，喜歡的茶、沐浴精、浴袍很可惜沒有地方購買。
無論如何，瑕不掩瑜，只能說非常棒的住宿經驗。

酒店，如果想智能化首先是卫生间的马桶最重要。满屋都是iPad。但是马桶全是冰冰凉的冲水还在另外的一个管管子里面普通的城市都已经是智能化了，那么你王府是高级酒店却没有。礼宾处的服务非常好，而且负责任就是太昂贵了。
