지하철과 매우 가깝고 외관은 조금 오래되었지만 상해의 특유의 느낌을 체험할 수 있는 이그조틱한 민박집입니다.
작지만 실속 있게 4명까지 숙박할 수 있으며,
지하철과 편의점 모두 매우 가깝습니다. 특히 푸동의 명소인 루쟈쭈이와도 가깝고, 인민광장과도 가깝습니다.
다음에 또 묶을 예정입니다.

友人を訪ねて上海に行きました。2ベッドルームの部屋を予約しました。
友人がアパートまで送ってくれることになり、書いてある電話番号に電話してくれました。私は中国語話せませんので。
そうしたら、予約は受けてないと言われたそうです。
即時、エクスペディアに確認したら、確実に予約はされています、との返答。
それを友人に伝えましたが、予約した部屋は使えないそうで、部屋のオーナーが、別の部屋を準備できる、と、1ベッドルームを案内されました。
そちらに行きましたら、サイトでみたようなデコレーションの部屋でした。
三泊、1ベッドルームで過ごしました。
エキストラベッドとソファーカウチを使い、寝ました。
部屋数がない所に泊めさせられ、料金の差額返金の対応はありません。
場所は分かりづらいです。入り口も、入り方も、友人がいなければわかりませんでした。
Wi-Fiがあったはずですが、ありませんでした。
食器はありましたが汚れてました。
シャンプー、リンス、タオル、歯ブラシ、水、クリーム、があるのは便利です。お湯も出ます。
台所は下水の臭いがします。
Pudong Avenueの駅まで近いですし、近所にスーパーやコンビニ、ローカル食堂があり場所は便利です。
窓の鍵はひとつ壊れてました。

저 아파트는 없는 아파트에요
저는 주방 시설을 이용하고자 아파트를 중점적으로 찾아보고 이곳에 예약을 했었습니다.
하지만 사진의 시설 따윈 없었고 위치도 재개발을 눈앞에 둔 다 쓰러져가는 아파트였으며
사전에 체크인을 위해 안내된 이메일로 문의를 넣었으나 답장도 없었으며 그래서 돈만 날리고 결국 다른 곳을 급하게 찾아 거기서 지내게 되었습니다.

While the owner of this property was helpful upon our arrival the apartment was dirty. We washed all the dishes before we could use them and the bathroom sink continually drained on the counter surface. The apartment was updated and generally nice but the building was run down and hard to find. On the positive side we always felt safe while we walked around the area.
